Covid-19 Response
Tuition Adjustment

Covid-19 Response Tuition Adjustment

Note for 2020-21: We will keep these forms active for moving into the new school year, but these forms are only for a 1-month request, possible 2-month. For those that would like to apply for long-term aid, we request that you apply via our normal process. The instructions are here.

The purpose of this offering is to support families who have been immediately affected financially by Covid-19 and the associated government responses. Families may have been affected in one of the following ways:
·        Loss of income (self-owned business closure or financial loss, job loss or income reduction due to government response or exposure)
·        Additional expenses due to school closure (childcare or other)

Tuition adjustment is available to those that can show financial impact. We have created a process unique to this period of time. We will not be utilizing long-term income and expenses; instead, the committee has outlined financial documents and provided forms that can be submitted to show recent changes.

Please consider your immediate need and apply if you need assistance. As we outlined in a recent communication, our goal in this time is to support families and also keep our school financially viable. If you can afford to continue paying tuition on your normal schedule, please know how important your contribution is to sustaining our teachers and staff as well as operations during this time.

Please choose which attached form best fits your situation. If you have any questions, please email sredden@olympiawaldorf.org.
