About the 
School
Olympia Waldorf School is a Preschool through 8th Grade fully accredited Waldorf school serving students from throughout the South Sound. Our faculty is comprised of three early childhood teachers, eight grades teachers, and two specialty teachers. Specialty subjects currently include Spanish, Games and Movement, Gardening, Woodworking, Handwork, Ensemble, and Strings. We have graduated fifteen classes from Grade 8. ​Campus and Community
Olympia Waldorf School is situated on four acres in semi-rural East Olympia. Our campus includes Prairie Hall, a historic school building built in 1916, a modern Middle School building, and a charming Kinderhaus. We are minutes from downtown Olympia, capitol of Washington, midway between Portland, OR and Seattle, WA, and close to mountains, Sound, and ocean. Olympia offers a diverse community and workforce and ample recreational opportunities.
