Tours & Admission
The first step is simple — tell us a little about your family and we’ll schedule a time for you to visit. A campus tour is the best way to feel what makes this community special.
Enrollment is closed for 2025/2026 — 2026/2027 enrollment is open for all programs and grades.
What happens next
After your tour, here’s the path to enrollment.
- 1 Submit your Application for Admission. We’ll send you a link after your tour.
- 2 Schedule an interview with a teacher — Early Childhood or Grades, matched to your child’s age.
- 3 Grades 1–8: child visits a classroom for 1–3 days. Early Childhood: child joins a “mini morning” visit.
- 4 Receive an offer of enrollment with contract and tuition adjustment award letter (if applied for).
- 5 Return your contract and fees to secure enrollment.
A note on age
Children grow on their own timelines, and age is one of the things we consider as we think about the right starting place for each child. Most placements begin with your child’s age on September 1 of the school year they’d be entering.
- Preschool — age 3 by the start of school, and fully toilet trained
- 1st-year Kindergarten — age 4 by early summer
- 2nd-year Kindergarten / readiness for 1st grade — attending five days a week
- Grades 1–8 — children with late-spring birthdays receive a little extra reflection from our teachers as we consider the best fit
Beyond age, we think carefully about class size and balance, and about how well we can support each child’s particular needs. Every family’s path looks a little different, and we’re glad to talk it through with you.
