About School CuesGetting started – The School Cues Parent Portal is used to handle all contracts and billing.
Tuition billing – You will have a variety of payment plans to choose from. Most families choose monthly direct deposit payments from July- May. We also accept cash, check or credit card payments in the OWS office (additional manual payment fee applies). Incidental billing – Incidental billing refers to added fees such as fees for field trips or instrument rentals. Individual one-time fees will be applied to the School Cues account and collected on the next tuition payment due date. Multi-month fees will be applied to the School Cues account and spread out over the family's chosen tuition payment schedule. Options for receiving my invoice – Your invoice can be sent to you via e-mail or a hard copy through the postal service. This is one of the many options you can customize in your School Cues account. Options for paying my bill – Direct payments from your bank account or credit card can be made online at anytime by logging into your account and initiating a payment. Even if you are set up for automatic payments you can still make an extra payment or an early payment to reduce your future automatic payments. Service charge for credit cards – Our school has elected to have School Cues apply a service charge for credit card payments to help cover the processing fees charged by banks for credit card payments. Making your payments directly from your bank account or by check saves money for the school and you! Late fees, reminder calls, and delinquencies – Accounts are subject to late fees and past due reminder calls. School Cues does not report anything from your account to Credit Reporting Agencies. Significantly past due accounts require a payment plan with OWS. When to contact OWS and when to contact School Cues – If you have questions regarding billing schedules or payment options please contact School Cues customer service. If you have questions about charges on your account please contact OWS. |
